Probably the best all around sauce. Great flavor enough heat works on everything. The bottle makes it more expensive but is a good bottle for holding liquor when the sauce is gone!

A green meanie is what this sauce is about. Different color different taste than the other sauces. Medium heat, earthy flavor excellent on oysters, tacos and bolony sandwiches.
Lynchburg Jalepeno
A mild and flavorful hot sauce. Just the one if you want a little kick with good flavor. A sauce you will actually use at the table and may wind up putting it on every meal 'cause its sooo good!!
Lynchburg Habenero
This is like a hot cousin to the jalepeno. Real good flavor with a punch strong enough for most people. Very popular for oysters and fried chicken. Try it on your own favorite meal and see why people don't like to be without it.
