Char - Steak

This a very versatile mild flavor seasoning. Used on all venison meat it will enhance the natural flavor of venison without covering it up with a strong seasoning flavor. It is also used on grilled chicken, blackened fish, pork products and regular beef steaks. Mixed with flour it can be deep fried, put in stews, used with gumbo or mixed in fish batter to give an alternative flavor to you regular cooking.

Fajita

If you eat as much venison as I do (3-5 deer a year) then Fajita is a must have. Marinated in your favorite cola drink this venison becomes sweet and tender. Used in a tortilla wrap  with chesse, lettuce, tomatos, grilled onions,  and peppers topped with sour cream and peach salsa -- you may pass out at the table. Many peope replace the salt and pepper on the table with this seasoning because it works so well just sprinkled on anything. Use it on carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, tomatos and squash cooked or raw. It works on all of them.

Jerky

A shaker of jerky will make 12 lbs. of jerky. Why pay high dollar for jerky in the store when it is so easy to make at home. It takes some time but is not real difficult if you follow the recipe on the side of the shaker.  You can make deer, turkey, beef, elk , or goat jerky using the same method and have a great snack for everyone to enjoy. The flavor is not to spicy and is flavorful enough for anyone who likes jerky.

Bean Salsa

I have a hard time keeping enough of this around for people to order. It is so good that they usually buy me out when I am at a show. All the relish and salsa products are excellent but if you ask me to name the most all around popular one it would be the bean salsa. It is not hot but has a lot of flavor and can be used many ways. Order some ! If you don't eat it the next person will !!

Peach Salsa

Peach Salsa runs a very close second to the bean salsa in terms of sales and enjoyment. Put some on a block of cream chesse for an instant hors' d ourve. Use it on grilled chicken or just eat it with chips right out of the jar. People wonder if it has real peaches in it and the answer is yes it does. Chunks of peaches and great flavor makes this one for the party circuit.

Hot Chow - Chow

Hot Chow - Chow is a wonderful sweet heat treat that makes you want to call grandma and tell her someone stole her recipe for the best chow-chow in the land. It is so flavorful with a sweet taste that hits you with just a kick of heat at the end of the taste treat. If you are super sensitive to heat then you may think it is hot but if you like hot at all you'll like this.

Mild Chow - Chow

The same great flavor as the hot but has no heat at all. It is all sweet taste and makes you want to go out and buy some brats or hot dogs or put it on a burger. Great on peas, greens, tacos, salads and makes a tremendous tuna salad sandwhich. Try some of this and you won't want to be without it.

Vidalia Onion Deer- B-Que

Deer-B-Que is a mildly sweet vinegar base bbq sauce that is as good as any and better than many. It goes well with anything you might use bbq sauce on. Check out the  Deer-B-Que recipe in the recipe section of the site. Cook some of that and use the Deer B Que to finish the presentation.

Chipotle BBQ Sauce

A popular flavor right now that makes this sauce a little zingy and peppery. If you want you ribs, chicken, brisket or venison to have a slight kick to it than you need to put some of this sauce on it or have it at the table.
